Shipping Policy

Delivery within Sweden

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days with our delivery partner PostNord.

You will receive a tracking link by email or text message as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders within Sweden. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 1000 kr.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

Please note that during sale periods and holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@cosmiko.se.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, high demand, or courier disruptions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Undelivered or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at hello@cosmiko.se and we will help you resolve the issue.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns Policy for full details on how to return an item.
